Symbol of the "Hand of Fatima", with a coral glass set stone in the middle. Traditionally worn as a scarf attachment, these lend themselves to a range of jewelry design ideas, or can be worn as a pin! Very low silver content. Hand measures 32mm tall x 20mm wide. With pin extension, full measurement top to bottom is 57mm.
