Handmade Lokta Paper Garland- Shooting Stars Verge de France Works best on a hardThis garland features bright colored stars with multi colored trails, all cut from a variety of decorative Lokta papers. These garlands are made by hand in Nepal. A women's cooperative cuts and assembles each element of the garlands body and sews them together into an approximately 6 foot long garland.
