It is oil repellent, stain resistant, breathable, flexible, waterproof, color stable and non yellowing. It has excellent hiding and incorporates aluminium oxide for added durability. With ZERO VOCs it provides no air quality impact, better than solvent based and even low VOC water based sealers and stains. This is a very thick coating. It is designed that way
