1945 Print Engineer Bridge Doubs River Besancon Langres Dijon France CON1 AM1 Weir agreedThis is an original 1945 halftone print of a destroyed bridge in Besancon, a break in the main supply artery between Langres and Dijon and the construction of another bridge in the Dijon area. One caption writes, "Typical destruction and subsequent temporary repair are shown by this bridge over the Doubs River at Besancon." "Conad History" (Continental Advance) was created to preserve the history of the United States Army supply forces, and to provide
