Door beperkte opbrengsten en goede rijpheid van de druiven is deze wijn zeer aromatisch en heeft het tonen van zwarte bessen en rood fruit. De wijn rijpt 6 maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks waarna het snel gebotteld wordt om zijn aromatische eigenschappen te behouden. Rond en fruitig in de mond met zachte tannine en een aanhoudende afdronk.
