With this smoker you can smoke up to 20 kg of meat, fish, poultry or vegetables and fruit. The entire smoking process is automatic. The temperature is controlled by a digital control panel specially designed for Borniak smokers. The digital unit has an advanced system and automatically adjusts the temperature.
